Day of Service, Youth conference and a yummy garden.

It has been quite some time since I have got on my blog.  We had the opportunity to participate in a day of service in our community in April.  We picked up trash to help clean up and beautify thee town we call home.  We were all able to participate including Nathan's brother Bradley who was visiting.  It was fun to do it with friends.  After all the work we enjoyed a nice barbecue at the park.

This month we also had the opportunity again to be parents at youth conference for our church. It was a fun filled day the included a four mile hike to a top of a mountain, glow in the dark dodge ball, kick ball, dancing, singing, eating and a testimony meeting.  Timothy was able to have two of his friends along.  We had a great day.

Another think that we have been enjoying is our garden.  It is growing at a very fast rate.  We enjoyed and incredible lettuce and carrot crop.  We are now enjoying many artichokes and Strawberries.  It is amazing how well our little desert garden continues to do.  We feel so blessed.

Some of the many Strawberries growing in the garden.  They taste so much better than the ones at the store.
